Welcome to the Bill Hoover Memorial Cancer Foundation, formerly the Firefighter Cancer Support Network - Washington Chapter (FCSN-WA). Since spring of 2011, we have been an educational non-profit organization funded by generous donations from partner organizations and support from the Washington State Council of Firefighters.

Launched in January 2025, the WSCFF Cancer Foundation continues to provide the same high level of service and attention to the Firefighters in Washington because of the support provided by you.   The WSCFF Cancer Foundation is a DBA of the WSCFF Benevolent Fund and is a 501(c)3 registered nonprofit organization. Our EIN is 91-1689140.
